I took another "sick" day today and skipped work.
I find these days to be completely necessary, and the more I take them off, the more I believe in them. I told my supervisor I "wasn't feeling well," which I felt guilty lying about, until I realized I wasn't really lying. I'm not feeling well-- that's why I feel the need to take the day off from the people and environment with which I spend the majority of my time.
I started thinking about the idea of being alone. Is it really that bad? It's discouraged in all parts of secular life: family, school, social events, and work environments, like mine.
If alone can count as one or two people you love, then I can be alone forever.
